Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. RecoverMaxX is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused or only minimally used.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Products that are empty or substantially used
• Items damaged through misuse or improper storage
• Gift cards (if applicable)
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RecoverMaxX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
