Your Relief Toolkit
Your 5-Minute Morning Mobility Routine
Move slowly and stay in a comfortable range. Mild stretching is fine. Sharp, pinching, or worsening pain means stop that move and skip it tomorrow.
7-Day Pain & Mobility Tracker
Takes about a minute each evening. Rate pain and stiffness on the 0–10 scale doctors use, then note sleep, activity, and anything that helped. Entries save in this browser.
Pain Trigger Checklist
Check anything you've noticed comes before a bad day. Use your tracker notes to confirm it. One bad day after poor sleep is a coincidence. Three is a pattern worth acting on.
See a clinician promptly if you notice
- Pain after a fall, accident, or injury
- Numbness, tingling, or weakness in an arm or leg
- Loss of bladder or bowel control, or numbness in the groin area (go to an emergency room)
- Fever, unexplained weight loss, or pain that wakes you up at night
- A joint that is hot, red, or suddenly swollen
- Pain that keeps getting worse, or hasn't improved after two weeks
Where RecoverMaxX fits
Tracking and daily movement are the foundation. RecoverMaxX is made to support everyday comfort alongside them, not replace them. Over the next week we'll send a few short emails on reading your tracker and building on this routine.
